Hand-harvested. 100% destemmed. Cold pre-fermentation. The winery takes a very hands-off approach to winemaking. Since 2019, all winemaking has been done without SO2.
A vintage that showcases the fruit’s aromatic finesse. A perfect balance between the expression of fresh fruit and the silky character of the tannins. As the wine ages, more balsamic and earthy notes emerge, lending it a beautiful aromatic complexity. A pure fruit wine with a mineral freshness.
