This wine is crisp and clean, with a mineral backbone that lends the cuvée a great deal of freshness. Beautiful, very fresh floral notes—citrus and lemon—blend with hints of marshmallow. Careful aging in 20% new oak preserves the aromatic freshness, offering a beautifully balanced length and an elegant, floral finish typical of the Chenèves terroir.
