Winemaking
Hand-harvested into crates. Direct pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in barrels. The wine is then blended and bottled.
This wine opens with notes of ripe yellow fruit, combining freshness and roundness. The fruit is pure, enhanced by very light aging in oak barrels that have previously held four or five vintages.
