Fermented and aged on the lees in oak barrels for 12 months, with 10% new oak.

Winemaking

Hand-harvested and placed in crates. Direct pressing. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in barrels. The wine is then blended and bottled.

A lovely, fresh floral aroma, almost vegetal. There are hints of fresh grapes. The palate is delicate yet firm, and the finish is aromatic with notes of white flowers, supported by well-integrated oak aging.
